I'm late jumping in here, but just wanted to say that I was hooked after last nights show. I laughed SO hard at the scenes of Terri Hatcher naked in the bushes. That was GREAT.

Also loved the little girl blackmailing Gabrielle to teach her how to ride a bike.
As for comments about Mary Alice's husband being creepy..... totally agree!

I love this show too! I was the only watching it (DH was upstairs), but I LOL at Bree's comment. I think the remains have to do w/ the son also and maybe that is why he is on medication. I also think that the plumber is an agent of some kind making a list of all the neighbors and everything he finds out about them.
Watched them on Oprah and couldn't believe the "real life" Nicolette that flirts w/ all the neighbors DH's and the neighbors said they didn't care!!

Maybe Mike, the new guy has something to do with Mary Alice killing herself. She gets the note, she kills herself, we see the maps of all the neighbors homes at his home, etc...! Maybe, he's got something to do with all of this?

I just watched last night's episode & TiVo cut off the end! The last thing I saw was Gabrielle getting out of bed to see what a sound was. From reading here, I guess the sound was Paul putting a For Sale sign in the yard? Did I miss anything else?

I don't think it was your tv that was down to low -- it was HIS tv. I think they did that on purpose because I wondered why I was having a hard time hearing the news cast. That's when Mary Alice's husband used the remote and turned up his tv just in time for us all to hear the newscaster say something about human remains.

I love Susan! She was a hoot last night. Loved her laying there in the bushes!

My guess is that the son accidently killed someone, his parents covered it up (hence the trunk with bones in it) {I think the kiddie design on the cover of the trunk is just to make us think its a kid in there, I think the trunk belonged to the son}, and I think that's what the mother did (hence the note she got in the mail), but not sure if that's why she killed herself. Possibly, though!

My TIVO keeps cutting off the end too. And it does it on Lost also. So, I don't think it's TIVO, it must be ABC. I've fixed it so that hopefully I won't miss anything next week.

Did anyone notice that when Susan locked herself out of the house in the middle of the day, NOTHING was unlocked. But, when she walked home after the dinner party, she walked right up to the door and opened it.

Also, do we know for sure that Mary Alice killed herself? Or it it just "assumed"?

The first episod showed Mary Alice killing herself - she narrated the whole thing about how it had been a perfectly normal day until she did something totally unexpected - she had just gotten the mail when she went and got the gun.

I am LOVING this show! I think that the kid killed someone & his parents covered it up. I don't think the "plumber" is an FBI agent, but I think there is something/someone on Wisteria Lane that had something to do with his wife's death & he's there to figure it out. Who knows? I can't wait for next week's episode!

I absolutly adore this show. DH thinks it's a little Twin Peaks but cool. I have a theroy that it was there son who did something wrong. I don't know why but the way the father is acting towards him. It such a great show. Thank goodness, some thing to replace friends and sex and the city!!!!!!

This is a great show....enough mystery, humor and drama.....the cast of characters is perfect together. I read all 5 of the pages to this thread....seems my thinking is the majority. The son did something (accidentally kill a child/twin?) and the parents covered it up. I hope the show stays this good after they reveal the mystery of the toy box and "mike".......
