Desktop Jumping icon virus

anybody know of a virus that makes your icons jump all around when you put your arrow of it, or even better, how to fix it??? My family's desktop has it, and i was just wondering if anyone knows of a quick fix, or heard of it before. If not, i'll just run a virus scan program on it....

i've been around, just not posting much. I've been workin alot at the disney store.... gotta love the holiday shoping season, dosent seem as busy after workin during some peek times @ WDW. Thanks Dan
