designers=-is it acceptable to do this?

so many of you are fantastic designers. and you have links to your pages in your signature....so if i see something i like on one of your pages and do not need it customized...is it acceptable to just "lift" it off your site? i have seen a few i would love to have but don't need them customized. thanks so much. wish i had an inch of your guys talent.

I, of course, can only speak for myself but...

if you see something you like and don't need it customized, feel free to use it - that's what they are there for.
