Design your own ears? Suggestions/ears

When we went to DL 2 years ago they has the build your own ears. We promised DD ( now 9) that she could do that on our next trip. I have heard they don't do that anymore. She will be heart broken.
Are they doing anything fun like that anymore? I have heard about bracelets, but would like more info.
She has been saving her money all year and I want to make sure she gets something really special.

While I am at it.....
Does anyone know if the new D- sign hats are available. I don't know if I got the name right. They were on the Disney blog in June. They had a 1920's look to them. Grey with flower and feathers. Does that ring a bell? DD (12) would be interested in something like that.

DH is so worried that they won't be selling Sorcerer Mickey ears ( the big kind). He needs them for his costume. Please reassure him they are there (he won't listen to me). Any idea how much they cost?

Anything else new we should look for?
I must have a ghost lantern and some beads.
We leave in about a week and can not wait.
Off to put the finishing touches on our costumes.

I have been looking for the new hats, too, but have not seen them yet. There are Mickey Trolley Conductor ears in DCA that are cute and different -- would those work? I would call Disney Merchandising (or email them) to ask about the Sorcerer Mickey ears and the price. There are new mini ear hats (different characters) to collect -- have seen these at WOD and assume they are also in the parks. Maybe your younger daughter would like to start her own collection?
