Design request

I have a request from any of you extrememly talented people. I have a picture of a bunch of characters in front of the castle and I love it. Here is the problem. It is very small and I would like to make it 8.5 x 11. I tried to print it and it is very fuzzy. I am hoping to use something like this for a pillowcase to get signatures on. If someone would design something with as many characters as possible or even all the villians since we will be going around Halloween and big enough for 8.5 x 11 I would be very grateful. Thanks in advance.
