Desert Palms vs Best Western Anaheim Inn

Looking for opinions...have reservations for our August trip booked at both the Desert Palms Hotel and Suites in a kid suite, and at Best Western Anaheim Inn in a standard room. I want to cancel one of them, but I keep going back and forth between the less expensive/smaller room/closer walk at BW and the more expensive/larger accomodations/slightly longer walk at DP. Price difference for our 4 nights is about $245.00.

Any thoughts on room size, walking distance comparison, etc would be great!!
