Desert Palm and desert inn and suites ... same place or no?

Hate asking all these stupid questions but I am short on time and can't seem to find the info that I need. I am seeing a lot of references to DI&S and I am not sure of that is the same as the desert palm or not???? We had a package set for the desert palm and then read terrible reviews about it on travelocity so now I am scared!

No they are 2 different properties, Desert Inn & Suites is on Harbor whereas Desert Palm is on corner of Katella and Harbor, hope this helps some!! Have a great trip! We liked the Desert Palm, but then again I liked Desert Inn also..... Desert Palm is a bit nicer in my opinion but that is subjective...everyone is different for me a free breaky and a pool and hot tub and not bug infested is good for me as we spend most of our days in the parks!!

No. Desert Inn and Suites is right across the street. Nothing special just a cheap place to stay. Very close to the Harbor Blvd. crosswalk. Desert Palms is further still on Harbor though. It is also nicer accomodations. Same side of street as the parks.
