My bear was a yellow teddy with short fur, black eyes and a black nose. His name was Bear.

My son had a Winnie the Pooh and my daughter had a huge Barney that she dragged around everywhere.

Big brown bear that I tore a small hole in his ear so I could secret my money away from greedy siblings. :rolleyes1

A small off white dog with blue and yellow spots. I called him Oggie doggie, my father gave him to me for my 1st Christmas. Someone in my family recently found an old home movie of that Christmas and me getting my Oggie doggie, my dad copied it onto a tape for me. I still have my Oggie doggie, he's the only possession I have from my childhood and I had to fight like heck to get him. I had to give my mother the pearls that my Grandma had given me as a wedding gift in trade for that silly stuffed animal but to me it was worth it.

My bear's name was either Fred or Freddy. He was orange and had like a bib attached to his chest. I think there was an apple on the bib. He squeeked when you squeezed him.

It's a small Pooh Bear, but has buttons for eyes now and a sock tied on its foot because it was falling apart--its up in my room right now w/ Mrs. Beasley and a few Mickey Beanies--It was my "focal point" when I had my kids.
Robin M.

I had a stuffed German Shepard named Charlie Dog. Poor thing lost its tail and tounge.

I loved that stuffed animal. I still miss him.

I also had a Minnie Mouse. But Charlie Dog was number 1.

its a big black bear that i named........Bear (creative, huh? )
I still have that thing..its nose is worn off now and one eye is gone..it went with me to all 3 of my surgeries--even when i was 16!

the pink panther~I still have him in my closet. I like the story best. My parents let me hold it while they were shopping. They were on a strict budget so it was a no go when when it was time to check out. My parents couldn't afford a $10 stuffed animal back around 1980. I was 2 so of course I was heart broken. When my dad got paid again he went to the store and bought it for me. My mom was so upset with him because of how much it cost.

Mine was brown with a red and green scarf. He went by Snowball Bear. He is currently hibernating in one of my closets becuase my 4 legged friend is always interested in other animals even if they are stuffed.

A stuffed Nala doll from The Lion King.

Her right ear had a slight tear in the seam. Her tail had part of the hair missing, and there was hardened glue on her back right foot. A blue sharpie mark was on her front left foot. She had plastic eyes that were really scratched up from hours of playing on the concrete walkway. there was a TINY tear at the base of her tail, that only I noticed. Her fur was faded and she was usually dirty. I loved that doll.

My bear was all grey, black eyes and black nose, didn't name it, but did take it everywhere.

Ted is about 33" tall, brown & (once)white 'fur', brown nose, red tongue & black eyes--
Grammy gave him to me & I remember when we were as tall as one another! :goodvibes
Ted is still around & says "Hi!" to all of you.
He still has a lovely disposition & is always so happy to meet my friends! :wizard:

I never had a bear or stuffed animal that I carried around. I had a blankie. It was a silk blue blanket with white ribbing that my mom bought me when I was a week old, because the one my dad bought was all wrong!!! I still have it. It is no longer in blankie form, but rather a formation of knots in attempt to keep it together... I'd tell you where I keep but then I would have to...... :teeth:

Ted....a brown and maize colored bear with a royal blue ribbon. When I got older and had 2 small chihuahuas, they loved Ted, too!

When I was 5 my dad got me a blue and white dog. I named it Muffin. Now, 30 years later, my daughter still sleeps with muffin everynight! Surprisingly, its still holding up well, a little floppy, but still in good shape:)

I used to have a red & white giraffe that I named peck peck.( :confused3 ) Poor thing had so many repair jobs, but I loved that giraffe, I couldn't sleep without him! :cloud9:

I had this huge stuffed dog. She is probably about 3 feet long and 2 feet tall. My uncle got her for me when I was like 2 or 3 from F.A.O. Schwarz. I named her Minnie Dog because she was so big. When it was storming or if I got scared, I would drag her out to the living room and sit on her. She was bigger than me and I had to struggle to get her anywhere. LOL. Even now when I get upset or something, I put her on my bed and cuddle with her.

I had 2 a small stuffed basset hound named Baxter and I still have my white bear. I got him for my 11th birthday from my grandmother's neighbor ( super snobby) and I still sleep with him 18 years later

My oldest and dearest stuffed friend is a brown Snoopy dog. I still have him and I still love Snoopy! :lovestruc

It was my Puppy Pillow...

when I was about 4 or 5 my mom got together with a bunch of ladies and they made these pillows. Sewed fabric eyes, nose, and mouth on them and big floppy ears. The first one they made was brown with orange paisley fabric inside the ears, and orange eyes, nose and mouth. They gave it to me as a "test" :teeth:

It's 35 years later and I still have my Puppy Pillow!!
