Hi all,

Just a quickie! We're looking to book for ourselves and another family for next April. Last time I booked it was 10% deposit over the phone but I know it went up to 15% shortly after + credit card fee of around £20. IS this still correct?

Also, can I ring and book for both families?

For The last 3 years when I have booked direct over the phone it's a 15% deposit and a booking fee of £16. It's not a credit card fee it's charged no matter how you pay it, and yes as long as you have deposits you can book for as many rooms/families as you need.
