Dependent Care Tax Credit question

Has anyone used this when a full time student? I started back to school in September and have been full time ever since. When I tried to enter information for the tax credit for dependent care, it told me that I needed to be a full time student for at least 5 months to be eligible.
So, did I just miss out by one month and cannot claim the 4 months of child care costs I paid?

Check the dates carefully. The rule is being a full-time student for at least any part of five months during the year.

This is clarified in the instruction for claiming a dependent child age 19 or older. As long as they are a full-time student during any part of five calendar months.

So if you were a student from January 20 through May 10, for example, you would qualify as it was during five calendar months.

Yeah, I didn't start until September and did not go anytime before that last year. I guess I will just have to suck up those costs. I will definitely be able to claim it next year since I will at least go from Jan-June if not longer.
