Probably a dumb question but here goes: how do use you the dining plan on the day you leave? Want to do a character breakfast the morning we leave but after we check out of the hotel, is this possible? We are flying out at 1:30 in the afternoon and would like to do maybe 1900 Park Fare for breakfast, can we leave our bags at the resort, go eat and then come back to catch the bus to the air port?

Yes.

We are flying out at 1:30 in the afternoon and would like to do maybe 1900 Park Fare for breakfast, can we leave our bags at the resort, go eat and then come back to catch the bus to the air port?

Yes, as long as time allows. Not an expert on ME but you will get your pickup time the night before. Figure roughly 3 hours before your flight. So figure you probably need to be back at your hotel by 10 or a bit after (need to get your luggage).

If your flight is at 1:30 pm, you'll likely be picked up by DME around 10:30 am (about three hours before your flight). I would drop your luggage off with RAC and then leave your carry-ons with Bell Services. Then check-out and head to breakfast. Afterwards, I'd consider a taxi (because it'll save you time). You need to be back to your resort about 30 minutes before you scheduled pick-up time (they say 15-minutes, but you need to leave some time to get your bags from Bell Services).
