Check out is at 11, our flight isn't until 9 pm, so we will have a few hours between check out time and getting picked up by Magic Express.

We will need to leave our luggage with Bell Services:
1. I am assuming all of the bags are tagged and kept together so no one else can take my bag?
2. Can I access it during the day? For example if we go to the park in the morning come back and want to use the pool, can I get my luggage for our swim suits?

We did this last week. All of items were stored together. Shortly after we checked our bags, our son realized a contact was missing. We were able to access our bags to get a replacement and then continued on to the park.

I just did this about 3 weeks ago at CBR. It was quite easy! We did airline check-in so once we handed bell services our bags, we did not see them again until we landed in Philly. I did check my carry-on backpack as well and when we returned to board MDE, they retrieved it in no time. I assume they do keep the bags of the parties together, probably even if only ease for themselves in locating the items.

When I've done this before, I too forgot an item I needed in my backpack and was able to retrieve it, and then return it back, with ease. They have always been very gracious.

I dont think I like that you don't see your luggage until you get home.
A little late to figure out your missing a bag....

Yes, all bags are tagged and they give you the 'receipt', so no one can take your bag unless they get their hands on your receipt somehow. They'll let you grab something out of it if you stop up and ask, and then they'll put it back and store it for you until you're ready to go. If you don't like the thought of not seeing your luggage until you get home, just check everything with bell services and you can take it all with you to the airport. The airline check in at the resort is just more convenient, as you don't have to lug your checked bags through the airport and wait in line there to check your luggage.

Random question related to this; we usually have a late flight and leave our bags with bell services - is it proper etiquette to tip when you drop off or pick up? I’ve always tipped when we retrieve the luggage, but sometimes it’s a different CM working from when we dropped off earlier in the day...

As long as you do not check your bags with Resort Airline Check in, yes, you can access your bags during the day. But then you are committing to taking them to the airport and checking them in there.
