Deodorant??

The sticks that leave the white stuff work longer for me. I use Degree.

I switched to Tom's because I wanted to go with something aluminum free. It works better then any other solid stick, gel, or aerosol I have used.

I might try that next time that I go shopping. I have heard good things from a few people. But is it also an antiperspirant?

The absolute best deodorant/anti-perspirant I EVER used was the Arm & Hammer roll-on, but they discontinued it. It was my "summer" anti-perspirant, and it worked wonders, not only in sticky Michigan summer humidity, but it also stood up to what Florida had to offer.

Now I use only Degree. Secret works for me, but the smell seems to NOT wash off. I don't like smelling deodorant when I sleep.

It doesn't say antiperspirant anywhere on the package. I am not really a sweater unless I am doing something like cycling or running and at that point nothing is going to stop it so I may not be the best person to ask that one.

:confused3 I can only use the lavender Lady Speed Stick. Everything else breaks me out. It seems to work just fine.

I swear by the clinical strength antiperspertant/deoderant..the stuff is bullet proof. Put it on the night before bed and you are good to go all day the next day without having to reapply. The best part is I no longer ever get the discoloration in the armpits of my shirts as you put it on before bed..LOVE the stuff..worth every penny:thumbsup2

It's not an antiperspirant, just a deodorant. However, it apparently has ingredients in it that kill the bacteria that make your sweat stink.

Personally, I never found out. I used it a few days (not even long enough for my regular antiperspirant to get out of my system) and then it made me break out in a rash. Apparently I'm allergic to something they put in Toms.

I normally use the normal Dove white stick, but I'm pregnant and since I hit my second trimester, I've been really sweaty (I know, TMI!). I now use the Dove clinical stuff and put it on before bed (when I remember) - it works just great, even on my crazy pregnant sweat glands.

Oh that happened to me! I just had a baby in October and could not believe how much more I sweat. I kept thinking that I had forgotten to put my deodorant. The clinical stuff saved me, but now I am back to good old Degree.

Same here...but I always forget to put it on at night! I use it in the morning, it still works great for me, but I get the stained pits from it. I really need to remember to use it at night so I can save my shirts!

I agree with PPs - I think the old fashioned sticks work the best. I used to use Lady Speed Stick but then it stopped working for me when I was pregnant with DS and I switched to Ban and I have been using that ever since. It comes in nice scents and seems to work well as I am never stinky.

I had good luck with Arrid unscented until recently. Now it makes me itch. I'm using Dove sensitive now. I find it doesn't work as well, but it doesn't make me itch. They're the stick products. I used to use a roll on but like a previous poster I don't like the feeling of wet armpits.

I just use Dove. It's a stick, it's white but I'm ok with it because the price is right and it works great. :)
