example scenario: HS opens 1hour early at 7 AM, what time do friendship boats from HS to BW & EPCOT IG begin that morning?

More than likely though in your example if HS opens at 7 and Epcot Doesnt open till 9 the boats wont add Epcot to the loop until 8 AM

I appreciate the responses, but it seems like no one has a DEFINITIVE answer. Again, the question is when the boat would go from HS to the resorts (for an early breakfast) for BW or BC. Assuming HS opens at 7Am and EpCOT at 9 am..

If the boats start running 1 hour before the gates open, that puts the first boat from the Epcot resorts at HS at approximately 6:20 AM for a 7 AM park open. That first boat will then head back to the Epcot resorts. IIRC, the route is BW -> YC/BC -> Swan/Dolphin -> HS.

Because the loop also includes a stop at epcot the Answer is that the boats head to park that opens earliest 1 hr before it opens. If the park doesnt open untill 2 hours later than the boats will still make the resort loop and go to the park that opens the earliest by passing the one that opens later until 1 hour before that park opens. So if you are talking about HS at 7. Then starting at 6am the boats would go to Boardwalk, Yacht/Beach, Swan/Dolphin and repeat that loop until 8 am where they would then add in Epcot as a stop because it would be a hour before it opens at 9am. The answer is that the boats start one hour before park opens and normally end 1 hour after park close, the boat loop for the Epcot HS is different than the one for MK because of the two parks that may have different open and close times. As long as you dont have like a first thing in the morning breakfast at DHS and then are trying to make it to EPCOT right after then the boat loop shouldnt be a issue.
