I know that the fridges and coffemakers are at no charge now but do they still need to be requested? How about porter cribs?

If these items are requested on the original booking and also called into the resort 3 days prior should they be in the room upon check in or do you need to call housekeeping?

Thanks,

Kim

We requested a crib at the time of reservation and the crib was in our room at check in. We just double checked at check in and they confirmed it was in the room. If not, they would have sent one over with mousekeeping.

Most of the rooms already have the fridge/coffee maker. Even the moderates have them now. The pack n play crib is usually in the closet whether or not you request it.

Actually went in mid-May, the fridge was not in the Poly. Our bellhop called for us and we got our mini-fridge within 15 minutes. Coffeemaker was in room on the bathroom counter with instant coffee/tea packets. The delivered fridge sort of smelled inside when delivered. But was okay once the fridge became cold.

Versus, at AKL, the fridge was already there and very clean inside the fridge. I think the coffee maker was on top of the fridge here.

We had the dining plan so all lunches and dinners were covered. We just had a bowl of cereal every morning in the room for the kids and ready to go. I try to book 11:30 am lunches for us.
