Deluxe DDP do i have my facts straight?

I will be staying 4 nights at BCV.

This gives me 12 meal credits(counter/sitdown),8 snack credits and a resort mug. I have until midnight of checkout day before they expire.

So lets just say i could pay for some counterservice and use credit for my sitdown dinner on my 5 day(checkout day)correct?

Correct, I believe You can use the credit up till Midnight on the day you are checking out.

Yep, looks correct to me. I was wondering myself how the deluxe stacks up compared to the reg dining plan. More money, but not sure if it's worth it or not.

Since all those meals could be sit down meals if you wanted and with the two snack credits it is worth it to me, I prefer a sit down full breakfast, sit down lunch at least most times, and always sit down dinners. I personally think it IS worth it.

Does the Deluxe DDP includes appetizer? I know in 2008, the regular DDP no longer offer appetizer :-(

So you can use All 3 meals as Table Service (i.e. 3TS a day)? If I were you, I'd either use Snack Credit for breakfast (or pay OOP), and spend 1 TS for lunch, and 2TS for Signature Dining Dinner :-D

Yes, the deluxe plan includes appetizers. And yes, you can use all 3 meal credits for TS. And since you get 2 snack credits per night, using one for breakfast would still leave one for a mid-afternoon Mickey Bar.

We plan to use the DDP when we return, hopefully May 2008. I have tentatively put a schedule in place for once we book and have chosen a few signature dining Narcoosee's and Yachtman's Steakhouse) as well as the Luau. I have 3 unused credits to use for spontaneous counter service or maybe even TS credits but have at least 2 meals planned for each day. Whether it will be a late breakfast and early dinner or early lunch and late dinner, etc. I think I have figured a fairly good plan for us to try different restaurants than we tried the first go round.

If all things go according to plan, we will book at the beginning of the year. This is after our 180 day window, but I'm crossing my fingers and hoping for the best. I will have some back ups in place also just in case we don't necessarily get exactly what we want.

I just have to remember that tips aren't included this time and plan accordingly for that. Especially on the signature dining as it will be a bit more expensive on the tab. ;-) But we are looking forward to trying the new restaurants that we didn't get to first time around.

Using the deluxe dinning plan 4/6/08-4/11/08 while staying at POFQ. Plan on dinning @ Cinderella's Castle for dinner, Narcoosis, & Brown Derby.
With having 3 TS per day we are able to do 3 (2 TS )Restaurants (something we wouldn't do if didn't have plan) Will also use snack credits for the yummy begiets I've been reading about.
For our family - myself, DH, & DD 15 it works out to be a savings. We will arrive early on 4/6 & won't leave until late afternoon on 4/11 so we will definetly use all are credits & probably gain 10 pounds (but what a delicious way to do it)

Can't wait to try a dole float too!
