We just came back from a week vacation at the World. We stayed at the Pop, and loved everything except the beds! We are planning on going back for Free Dining, but my husband wants to reconsider staying at the Pop b/c of the beds.
My question? Are the Deluxe beds really more comfortable??
Thanks to all.:thumbsup2

they sure are - stayed at CR last year, the beds were incredible!!

will be at Pop this October - expecting a less incredible sleep....

In our experience this has proven to be true.

We love the beds at the WL in fact we bought the same mattress set that they use there directly from Simmons.

Absolutely. Bigger beds to start with. Everything at a Deluxe is better than a value, hence the price difference.

The beds at Pop about killed me. I love a firm bed, but those were ridiculous. When I jumped on it, the bed didn't even move. I have stayed at all levels of resorts at WDW, but found the Value bed too hard for my taste. :goodvibes Staying at CSR this time and read that they now have pillowtop mattresses. :cloud9:

Absolutely they are so wonderful in comparison. Bigger and comfier......we get such a better quality of rest when we do a deluxe. I've heard they have upgraded the mattresses since we were at POR last. They were horrible last time.

We just got back from a stay at POR (moderate) and one night at Poly (deluxe.) POR was double but still nice and comfy. Poly was just dreamy queen sized and super comfy. Just FYI.
