I believe they do both, but they only sell them in Southern California Stores.

No longer online, they only did that for a few weeks. I think too many people from out of CA were buying them. I think DL was trying to get more So Calers to carry the Deluxe APs instead of the So Cal APs. But yes, in the stores and only in So Cal stores.
