Delta Transportation Vouchers

Does anyone know how to go about redeeming a Delta Transportation Voucher? It states a Delta Ticket Office, which there are none in my area, or an Authorized Travel Agent. My AAA Travel Agent told me she could not help me with these. Does anyone have experience with these Transportation Vouhers? Thanks in advance for any help.

When I lived in Nashvillle, I just took them to the airport.

As for the AAA agent, I think agents can use these. Call DL and see what they suggest?

Book your flights over the phone with Delta (800-325-1999) and tell them that you will be using your vouchers for them. Then, within 24 hours go to PVD and exchange the vouchers for your tickets. If your vouchers have a greater value than the tickets, be sure to ask that the remaining amount be given to you via an electronic voucher. That way you can redeem them on line.
