Anyone else have problems with Delta changing your flights and not notifying you? I realize they are subject to change, but that is why they took my phone number and email address. My flight and my sisters flight were both changed and neither of us were notified.
My change was no big deal, but my sister's flight changed from departing at 8:00 a.m. to departing at 6:30 a.m. She is flying with two little kids and didn't want to have them at the airport too early. Now they will have to be at the airport at 4:30 a.m.
Just needed to vent. It is the second time they have changed our flight without notification since we booked them. Mine wasn't big changes, but we had already preselected our seats. when the flight changed, they just reassigned us, to a wing seat on each segment of our flights. I don't want a wing seat, my kids won't see a thing. I was able to rearrange my seats thank goodness, but they should notify you, you pay enough money for your seats to get a lousy phone call or email.
Ok, I am done now. Thank you.
