Delta Changed my flight for me.....For FREE!

I had posted a couple days ago about wanting to change my flight and that it cost us $75 each ticket to do.Well, last sat night, when delta changed my original flight time by only 10 mins, i had to call them to confirm. I spent 1 1/2 hours doing so with 3 different people. This was all before we had thought about staying a couple extra days. I sent them an e-mail, and they basically said nothing about my problem. I sent them another one asking if they could forego the ticket change fee for all my problems(back in feb they messed up and split up my wife & kids and myself on different confirmation numbers), and i still had not heard back. I called the customer service center and spoke with Chad Payne. I explained the problems and said i was wondering if they could forego the fee to change our flights for us. He said i think we could do that for you!! Not only did they waive the fee, I picked a flight that leave WDW 30 mins later, and gets in 30 mins earlier!! He said he will send out new tickets to us as well. I am so happy!!

DisneyFun: Last March, Delta switched our flight times by a few minutes and aircraft (to a much smaller plane)on us and that put a big strain on me, since I am clostrophobic. I emailed Customer Care, and lickety split, they changed all 8 of our plane tickets, at no charge. They were very nice about it too.
