Delta AMEX Part II

Does anyone remember if AMEX offered double miles last year at Christmas time? I know we had so many offers of use our card. But we want the double miles on amex.

I have a skymiles card and they are offering 5 miles for every $$ you spend. It came yesterday- However, its in the trash so I don't know the details.
