Delta Airlines re: tix?

Just wondering if anyone has had this experience. I got my tix thru their 800#, booked a trip, however, NEVER received anything in writing. I have spoken to the Delta agents, just to verify and we are definitely in their computer system. I downloaded copies of our itinerary from on-line, just in case, BUT ...has Delta changed. I recall they use to send you tix in the mail?

They don't do that anymore. You can have them e-mail your receipt & itinerary to you. Then just print it out and your all set. Just keep checking your flights for any changes so you can call in right away for seating. Sometimes the changes are just flight number but it still wipes out your seat assignment. (at least for you to see, they re-assign your seats and I've always had same ones.)
