I soooo enjoyed reading your trip report delswife. You made me laugh my butt off. I woke up my husband I was laughing so hard and he made me read your trip reports out loud while he was getting dressed for work. I saw him in his tightie whities and laughed even harder. He thinks I need XANAX! It is now 11:30 am and I have to go to sleep now so I can atleast get some sleep before my 12hr work shift. I was supposed to be asleep by 8am but just like a good novel I couldn't stop reading your posts. Thank you airforce son for your service to our country and God Bless! Can't wait to read more. I am just gonna have to sneak some internet access at work tonight!

Didn't you pay for DS to go to the Richard Petty Driving Experience?? He was probably just practicing what he had learned from that when he was speeding. And I'll bet he had only been going that fast for less than 20 seconds when the cop spotted him. Just long enough to get around a log jam of cars where it was more dangerous to drive at the normal rate of speed.

At least this is the excuse my DH uses all the time when he gets up to the 95-100mph hour mark.

Hey chrizzlekinizzle, my daughter and her friends were speeding home from the airforce academy over one of their breaks and they were stopped for speeding. This was right after 9/11 and after the officer saw their military ids he said be more careful and let them go with a warning. By the way, air force just lost to Utah in triple overtime. Darn!
