Dell DJ Question

I downloaded some songs for my friend because her computer crashed, and I'm now trying to add those songs to her Dell DJ, but my computer says it can't download the software

Is there anyway to do this or are we just outta luck?

We have the DJ20. Does the computer tell you why it can't download the software? Is it a memory issue?

It says it can't find the software, I dont' have a disk, and I thought I downloaded it from the Dell Website, but that thing says it's not connected too!
