DELL $299 Desktops

We just bought 2 of the Dell Desktop computers for $299 each and got free shipping (there is a "handling" fee though). Both kids are set for back to school now and it only set us back $649 for 2 brand new computers with printers! We had looked locally but all of the computers that were close to that cheap required you to send in several rebates. We just couldnt shell out $1200 for 2 computers to wait for $600 in rebates 6-8 weeks later.

The kids are TOO excited and have agreed to do extra chores to earn money for ink cartridges (they would print out 100 pages a day if we would let them!).

Anyway, it is a great deal so check it out if you are shopping for a new computer! They had laptops starting at $499 too.

We purchased a Inspirion Widescreen laptop for $599 2 weeks ago (after $300 rebate). My rebate was mailed on 8/3 so I should have it probably Monday. I was so surprised at how fast they got the rebate checks out! Maybe the closer to Sept we get it may take a bit longer.
