Does Disney still offer delivery of items purchased in the parks to resorts? I thought I saw this was not available. Thanks

No resort deliver of items purchased in the parks has not returned and it is not expected to return.

A recent survey reported being asked if they would have purchased more if package delivery was available so maybe all hope is not actually lost… I can dream. (My pocketbook however, would not appreciate this feature returning.)

We visited for many Christmas holidays, and this wonderful service allowed us to secretly buy presents. I would collect from the hotel once he was asleep, and hide them in drawers in the room. He thought Santa brought it all from the North Pole on Christmas morning

I definitely would buy more if it were still an option. Now I tell myself, “I can come back later before we leave” and then never do. I’m sure DH is quite happy about this change!

My pocketbook is THRILLED that this service does not exist anymore. And to reinforce my savings I have no pin on my MB so I can't charge to the room.

BUT what I think would be a good compromise is bring back "ship to front of park" service. Whether you are taking Disney transport (Epcot would need to offer front or back of park pickup) or heading to your car, an organized efficient package pickup would be a huge plus and likely encourage shopping. Right now it is a RARE RARE instance if I buy anything, even with AP discount. Easy to talk myself out of it if I have to carry it around. Important item I might grab as I am heading out, but usually I don't.

Yes. I know people who work in merchandise and while I don't even know ballpark numbers, I know the cost was incredible. Staffing, packaging, vehicles, gas, all of the things. I'm sure Disney has all of the data on whether or not it would be financially beneficial to bring it back.
