Greetings! Does anyone know about “grocery” delivery to the Hyatt MCO the night before transfer to DCL? Will be arriving later but would love to have a case of water to carry on to the ship ;). TIA!

Yes they will hold at bell stand. Try and select delivery time as late or close to when you think you will be there. I’ve done a pretty late delivery and just met the driver i the valet area outside. Super easy.

Thank you!
Did you get a delivery? If so, which service did you use (Instacart/ Walmart/Amazon)? We're flying to MCO Sunday evening, staying at the Hyatt, and taking DCL transfers to Port Canaveral to board the Wish on Monday and also would like a case of water and a few other items.

Sorry we have not gone yet. We cruise in October. Let me know what you decide to use and how it goes. Have a blast on the Wish! 😁

We have placed an Instacart/Publix order for delivery tomorrow night. Hopefully it goes smoothly.

The delivery worked out fine. We chose the 8-10pm delivery window (and left a comment we would prefer closer to 10pm, if possible) since our flight was scheduled to land approx 8:30pm. We landed, got our luggage and checked in to the Hyatt by about 9pm. We got a message that our shopper was in the store and then on their way.
The only thing I would say to anyone getting a delivery, is to leave a note or comment for the driver that they need to go to (and follow the signs to) the Hyatt valet parking area - B side. A Hyatt employee in the valet area told me there was a situation recently where a delivery person, just following GPS instructions to the Hyatt, ended up in the self-parking garage and then when they finally got to the right spot at the valet/carport entrance got into an argument with the guest demanding they pay him for what he was charged going in and out the self-park lot.

Double check that the hotel doesn't charge a delivery/business/receiving center fee. A lot of hotels charge you a fee to receive the packages. I would say the water on the ship is great if you have any concerns.

Perhaps there could be a fee if you're not there to meet the driver when they arrive and they have to store your items. However, we weren't charged a fee as we were already outside waiting for the driver.

Good to know. I got charged a fee at an Embassy Suites for them receiving my Amazon package. Cost me as much as what I ordered. :)
