Delivery to hotel from ticketmania?

We're staying off site our first night and I thought about ordering thru ticketmania for my parents, but it appears the estimated shipping time is cutting it too close to our trip. I saw I can also have it delivered to a hotel front desk.

Has anyone ever done this? My dad felt odd about it, so I thought I should see if anyone else has done this.

Shan, I did this last trip in Dec. We were at DD and decided that we wanted to do DQ the next day. It was around 4:30 in the afternoon. I picked up my cel phone and called them because I knew that had better deals than even our DVC discount. They delivered them to our offsite hotel(before we checked in VWL) by 7:30 the next morning. NO problems. They were waiting for me at the front desk. I've never heard of any bad experiences with them, I'd give it a try.

Thanks. Will they just leave them at the desk even before you're checked in or do you have to be there to meet them when they drop off the tickets?

Last November, I ordered DQ tickets from Ticketmania online. I placed the order the day before we arrived, even though they requested 2-3 days in advance.

When we checked in, the CM gave us the package from Ticketmania. They included the tickets, brochures and What to do in Orlando books, etc.

It was so easy, we are going to order from them again. We were very satisfied.

I ordered some disney tixs from ticketmania and had them delivered to the Swan for my mother and father. I placed the order less than a week before they arrived, and the tixs were waiting for them when they got there. The package even had their name on it, even though I had purchased them.

I've ordered thru them 3 times now and only have positive things to say about their service. You should have no problems with them.
