Delivery Address Help??

I'm hoping someone can help with a delivery problem. My DD lives in Chatham and the company I ordered something from is telling me her address is invalid. They said there is often a separate "delivery" address for gated communities. Anyone know what address to use for the Chatham Apts?

My DD lives at Chatham too and the address they gave us is:

8161 Chatham Manor Blvd.
Apt. # ______
Orlando, FL 32821

I sent her a package a couple of weeks ago and she got it, but it was through the US Postal Service. I'm not sure about other deliveries. I was planning on sending her flowers for Valentines Day this weekend, so maybe I should just call a local florist.

Thank you, I'll try that! DD gave me 826 Chatham Manor Blvd - she's received mail, but maybe the other address will work for a delivery.

The thing about the Housing Complexes is that the addresses reference internal roads that don't show up in GPS sometimes.

USPS knows of them because that's just what they do, but it does cause issues with courier services from time to time.

Have her consult with the Front Desk of her Housing Complex for assistance.

EDIT: Never mind, I just figured out what was wrong. The house number is supposed to be 4 digits, not 3.

Have her check her Program Guide for the correct address format for her particular Apartment.

As glendalais said, the address is in her program guide. Sometimes if it's UPS, they will drop off right to the door, so I wouldn't ship it to that address. Mine on the program was different from both listed.

It should be a 4 digit address number, the street, followed by Apartment #.

Bigger items through the USPS usually are at the front desk, but sometimes it varies.

Thanks to everyone for your help! I'll have her double check the street number, but she did say she's received mail.

I may just have to deliver it person! (all I need is a hint of an excuse to visit )
