Deliveries to Tropicana

Do you know if the Tropicana will accept deliveries from Amazon or grocery stores? 1). If I have a package mailed there and 2) have something delivered like Amazon Freah or Vons?

Outside Deliveries: It is against hotel policy to sign for deliveries of groceries, medical supplies, scooters, and strollers on guest’s behalf.

Package Handling: Parcels sent to the hotel are subject to a handling fee of $5.00 per package.

You have to be there to accept your delivery. I called before I stayed there and the person that answered said they would accept it. But when I got there they said no. I told them I had been told they would so they said they would this one time, but then when my delivery came, they turned it away since I wasn't there. It turned in to a whole big ordeal. So be sure to be there.
