Deleting tickets from MDE

Am I able to delete tickets that are still good from MDE? I bought tickets for our. May trip and would like to delete the current non expiring tickets I have linked. I called MDE and they said it would take them a long time to do this on the phone.
 
You cannot remove it from MDE but you can deactivate it and thus accomplish the same thing you want to accomplish. When you go on MDE, sign in, and then get to main page where you can click MyDisneyExperience on the top right and get list of links, there is a link "Magic Bands and Cards." Go there. You should see your guest list, and you should see for each quest, who has tickets, cards with numbers. Find the cards there with your ticket numbers that you want to deactivate and click on them and deactivate them. That renders them unusable until you choose to reactivate them. When you use your magic band to enter a park they won't show up as connected to the magic band.

Correct.
When we were part of the testing in Sept 2013 we attached old hoppers to MDE and used the magic bands. We also had base tickets that we converted to new tickets, used one day and did not connect them to MDE. Now we are going back this January and I attached my UT partially used base tickets to MDE and then inactivated the hoppers.
I also had to deactivate the original magic bands since we got a new set for our January 2015 room reservation.
I don't have a smart phone, so if I want to swap out anything I would have to use my laptop or go to guest services.
