Deleting Smiley Central?

Not the smartest thing I've ever done but I downloaded it and now I can't figure out how to remove it from my toolbar.

I looked in Add / Remove Programs and didn't see it. Not to say that it isn't there, I just didn't see it. My brain doesn't seem to be fully working today.

Help?

I download that too, and uninstalled it shortly afterwards.

I cant remember what the name of the program was but if you click on help (on the smiley toolbar) it will tell you the name of the program.
