Did you try closing Outlook after clearing the Message Rules & reopening? If that still hasn't fixed it, it may be in the security settings - but I can't think WHERE right now.
If you haven't found another solution, you could just create a new folder & redirect all DIS mail to it.
1. Go to one of the deleted messages & open it.
2. Choose Message from the menu.
3. From the drop down menu, choose Create Rule from Message
4. From the New Mail Rule window that appears, check:
a. Section 1: Where the From line contains people
b. Section 2: Copy it to the specified folder
c. Section 3: Click on the specified folder link.
5. From the Copy window that appears, highlight your Inbox and click New Folder.
6. In the New Folder window that appears, enter a new name, like The DIS & click OK.
7. You should be back to the Copy window. Highlight the new folder & click OK.
8. You should now be back at the New Mail Rule window. Check section 3 to see that it has been updated & click OK.
All mail from
webmaster@wdwinfo.com should now be put in that folder.
