Delayed Magic Bands

Has anyone ever had issues with their MB not shipping? We are doing a split stay in a few weeks, with the first check in on January 1. Those MB have not even shipped yet. However, we have already received the MB for the second part of our trip.
I did email WDW on Monday, and am waiting to hear back

It happens.

I did email WDW on Monday..

That should take care of the problem.
If not, you can pick up MBs at your resort when you get there.
(Or, just use the ones that you already received for the entire trip.)

How long does it take to receive a reply from WDW usually? It’s been a week since my email, and I’ve yet to hear back (other than the standard we received your message).

Just as a FYI. You can use the “second” set of bands for any portion of the split stay. 100% interchangeable.

For sure. We just like to have a couple different colors to match outfits. Ha! It’s really no biggie, but I’m surprised to not hear back from Disney.

You can also take out and exchange the pucks to have a pair of multi colored bands.
