Defintion of Spring in MN

A fresh blanket of snow.

I had to chuckle when I heard that, can't recall where. I think it was last night on WGN talk radio.

Actually, I think March is right up there as one of the snowiest months - always associated with the March High School BB tournament season.

It must be spring, cuz I've woken up to light blankets the last two days!!!! And then by the time noon comes, they are gone. I hate winter!!!

I have a friend who lives in central MN and he says they don't have spring OR fall.... just July 22nd and winter

I'm orginally from Superior, Wisconsin and the year my parents graduated from college, '72, there was still ice on lake Superior in July!

YEp, and Saturday is the start of spring on the calendar, but it is still March, and in Minnesota, it is traditionally the snowiest month of the year!
