Do soup or salad count as appetizers or only those things labeled "appetizer?" There's an attractive soup.

We've ordered items from the app section, soups and salads, sushi (at Cali Grill) and flatbreads as appetizers. If there are salads on the entree section of the menu you cannot order them as an app.
