This may be a stupid question...but as in other things in life that may be paid off...do you get anything from Disney when your loan is paid for your property. We paid this off back in September and haven't received anything yet. TIA

You get a form called Satisfaction of Mortgage which often does not arrive for two to three months after you pay off the loan. A copy will also be filed as a public record with the local comptroller's office. See http://or.occompt.com/recorder/eagleweb/docSearch.jsp and put in your last and first name in the either party box, uncheck box to search specific document types, click on "Satisfaction" in the list that comes up, and click search to see if yours is already on file.
