Dee at OKW

Arrived December 10, 2013. I really started out on the wrong foot. I had reserved a studio "near Hospitality House" 11 months out, but was told this was not available. When I got to my room, I got in via MagicBand to drop off one bag, but when I returned a minute later with another bag, I was locked out. The desk called the "Runner" Dee, who was just so helpful and friendly . . . and then it turned out that water was running out of the ceiling air conditioner mechanism. Dee then arranged for me to be moved into a one bedroom!
Thank you Dee. You turned around a bad experience, and made my stay magical. I intend to write a letter to DVC praising you.
