Decorations for a Cruiseline wedding

I saw pictures of the Deck for the Wedding with the WHITE BOWS....pretty, so here is my question....If I were to make bows in a color would they use those for DD's wedding instead of the white ones?? I was thinking that a color would look nice to bring her wedding colors into the ceremony a bit more....does anyone know???????
