Decorations at Christmas?

Was wondering when they decorate the resorts for Christmas? How are the crowds the week of Thanksgiving?

I know they are always up in full when we arrive the Sunday after Thanksgiving.

I do know that Thanksgiving weekend is pretty busy. It steady gets busier and busier throughout the week and dwindle down after the weekend.

I have always arrived the Sunday afterward but have read the things on the crowds here on the Dis.

We've seen the decorations up as early as the second week of November

When we were there, last Thanksgiving, things were not terribly crowded ... until Wednesday. Thursday and Friday were predictably packed. But the weather is lovely that time of year -- though it can be bbbbbbrisk in the early morning and late evening. It hit the 40s while we were there!

My wife wore her down coat much of the trip ... but it was warm and pleasant mid-day, in the 70s.
