Decorating Magic Bands with Tattoos

For those that have decorated their magic bands with tattoos, how did they hold up? We'll be going for ten days, so I was interested to hear whether or not the magic bands retained the tattoos well. I know that it's best to put a top coat of clear nail polish on it.

I'm sure your question has been answered in the 187 pg thread, but off the top of my head I don't remember what was said. I've never put my magic bands through much, since we are AP and live near, so I am no help there.

Use base coat instead of top coat....it is more flexible and is less likely to crack. I used top coat on one with a tattoo and it cracked, so I removed everything with nail polish remover, cleaned it off and started over with polish and paint instead.
