Decorating balcony at Jambo?

We've stayed several Christmases at VWL and have seen decorated (with lights) balconies. This year we're staying at Jambo House (standard view -- pool) and were wondering if that's done there as well. Would hate to go to the trouble if they make us take it down...

My guess is that it wouldn't be allowed on any savannah view room.

If I wanted lights, I would keep them inside the slider.

I seriously doubt it will be allowed. Not only could it be dangerous/distracting for the animals (why the savanna is unlit and you have to use night vision goggles to view the animals) but it also would ruin the illusion of being on an African savanna for other guests.

You may want to call and ask then. The pool area borders two animal areas. It may depend on where your room is located.

Nothing is allowed like that at AKV. They even ask that you not leave towels on your balcony or balcony chairs.
