Decorating at CCI

So we are staying at the Candy Cane Inn from the 29th to the 3rd of July before moving onto WDW/ Universal orlando from the 4th to the 13th of July.
We always decorate our rooms at WDW resorts, so I wanted to do the same at CCI while we are there. So does CCI frown on It?, what about window clings? door deco's. I am hopeing that they allow It

We will be staying at the CCI for the first time this August so I don't know what they would think about it. But I've never seen anyone do that out here. I had no idea people did that until I wandered over to the WDW forums just for fun and found a huge thread about it with pictures. I was rather amazed at all the work people do on their rooms. I just don't have extra room for decorations even when we drive down. I would imagine as long as you didn't damage the walls or leave sticky stuff to be cleaned it would be ok. I would also keep it inside the room and not on the outside of the door.

Thanks, really but thats ok we can keep It In our room most diffently we just like to share our exciment. I would never damge the walls or anything else In putting up our deco.

Have been to CCI many times and have never seen anybody decorate their rooms. I agree it is much more of a WDW phenomenan.

I guess I have to be the Lewis and Clark of Deco at DL, to be truthfull I just started last Oct, when we where at WDW for MNSSHP. It was alot of fun todo and see others deco there windows and doors. We did up our room as well,Its for us I know. Know one will ever see, buts Its neat to be In the mood of It. But I will keep It to our room, just because Its not the norm there, wich Is just fine just thought I go out ask the Borad.

Love to show our Pictures!, we have pictures of our room at POP during MNSSHP and as soon as I fegurie out a way to get the pictures on here. It was great what the mousekeepers did with the stuff chacters we had, they put them In diffrent poses every time they made our room, and one time they had them watching the Disney channel just awsome.

Yes, photobucket.com is a site you can upload your pictures to for free. You can then link to them in your post so that the pics show up.

While decorating isn't the norm at DL, I am sure CCI wouldn't have a problem with it - their staff are among the nicest I have ever met. There was a cheerleading group there when we went a few years ago, and all of their doors were decorated. Plus, I decorated our room once for DH's birthday. No one had a problem with either.
