Decorate my Dogs!!!!!!!

Hi all!

I hope this is the right place to ask this . . . I am VERY un-artistic, but desperately want to create some magnets for the stateroom door on my first cruise next month. I had the idea of using the picture below of my dogs (I want them there with me!) but "Disney-ing" them up a bit.

I found a "Minnie bow" on this site for the front dog, and some Mickey ears for the dog sitting at the back . . . but I have no idea how to attach them! I tried but they had white all around them!! As I say I'm not very arty and have never tried anything like this before, so if anyone has any ideas as to how I could do it I would be really grateful!! If the Minnie bow is a bad idea then Mickey ears or a Princess crown would be fine . . . I'm not sure whats for the best, art-wise! Thanks for any help you can give!

Also a male, wasn't sure if you could put a hat on him since his head is so close to the top

The 2nd one will be hard to do, since it's so close up... I'll see what I can come up with.
