Decorate House like Disneyland

My boyfriend and I have been planning a trip to Disneyland for over a year now. My aunt lives in the area and we were going to go out and visit her and spend his birthday at disney. He recently had a really bad accident and shattered his leg slipping on ice. He was in the hospital for over a month and although he is home now he is on bedrest and can not leave the apartment for another three months. He is very upset that we had to postpone our trip and I want to make his 22nd birthday special. I want to decorate our apartment and make it feel like disneyland. I am having an artist friend draw out the castle and a couple of other scenes. I plan to try to recreate his favorite park foods. Can anyone help me with any other suggestions?

He loves Disney villians and Alice in Wonderland.
