Not really decorated, IMO. BIG has a lovely tree in front of the window, but that is about it. You amy find a few decorations but they are not prominent in restaurants.

CRT has a Christmas tree in the lobby near where you meet Cinderella, but I don't recall anything upstairs in the restaurant.

I can’t renember if Tony’s has a tree but the Lady and the Tramp statue gets scarves and possibly something else. To me at BOG you get the biggest holiday feel if sitting in the ballroom with the tree and seeing the snow out of the windows.

If memory serves, most restaurants at least have a wreath and garland. As PP's mentioned, BOG has a lovely tree.
