We have ressies on the Wonder on Deck 5. Can you actually walk around "outside" of deck 5? Thanks for the help.

No. Deck 5 is enclosed.

You can walk around the outside of Deck 4. This is where the shuffleboards are located. Many people also walk and jog around this deck. 4 laps equal a mile.
