We are currently booked in a Deck 2 oceanview stateroom on the Wish. I can't find reviews the the stateroom I chose (2552- forward near elevators) or other staterooms close to it. Are some Deck 2 rooms noisier than others? If you stayed Deck 2 on the Wish, did you like it?

I can't answer to specifically the Wish but we recently stayed on Deck 2 on the Treasure (sister ships) and absolutely loved our Deck 2 staterooms. We literally booked 10 days out so could not pick our cabins ahead of time. We were assigned connecting cabins 2618 and 2620 which are aft, right off the elevator lobby. This location was so convenient. No noise, close to elevator which was great as it was mostly empty when we needed to get to the higher deck.....only one flight to walk up to Deck 3 where the Grand Hall, 1923 and lounges, character meets, shopping, etc. Only one flight down to get off the ship in ports with no waiting to get on an elevator upon returning to the ship.

We had Deck 8 ocean view cabins booked for the Destiny for next January and when we got home from the Treasure I immediately called and switched our cabins to Deck 2 near the aft elevator lobby as I liked the location so much.

We've stayed Deck 2 mid (short hallway port), and we're sailing Deck 2 Forward on the Destiny next year (short hallway port) and then mid again on the Treasure (back to the short hallway port). I always like Deck 2 mid on any ship if I'm not getting a balcony. Not a lot of stray traffic downstairs.

I’ve read that Deck 2 on any ship is the best way to go!
