Deck 2: Aft vs. midship (2110 v. 2088)

Can anyone comment on the pros and cons between a Deck 2 aft room (2110) and one more midships (2088). I like the easier access to the Aft elevators with the first, but the non-connecting room (less noise potential) and middle location (less ship's movement) sound good too.

I'm a confirmed Deck 2 person; just wondered if anyone could speak to the exact location.

On our last cruise we were in room # 2105. We loved it. We are near everything.

Just came back and were in 2114. Outstanding room for both movement and access to elevators. Don't know about mid-ship or the noise of connecting rooms. Good luck!
